Clair now acts as a marketing consultant, interim director and mentor supporting Recruitment Marketers and Technology businesses to deliver amazing results.
Robert Garner is currently the Senior Talent Partner at the Oliver Agency, which is part of the Inside Ideas Group, 4 integrated agencies which work with Google, The Guardian, Barclaycard, KPMG, etc. He has previously worked at News UK (The Sun, The Times, talkSPORT, talkRADIO, Virgin Radio, Unruly). He also ran his own media recruitment for 6 years and previously launched a job board specifically for the media sector.

Andrew has been with AspenTechLabs since it's very beginning, right after finishing his PhD thesis in optics. For the last 11 years works on the edge between clients like job board owners or recruiting managers on one side and software products development team on the other side. he Job Board Doctor is Jeff Dickey-Chasins, a veteran of the job board, recruitment marketing, publishing, and e-learning industries. He provides consulting services for job boards and recruitment marketing companies. Jeff was the original marketing director for Dice.com, growing it from $7 million to $65+ million in three years. He has worked with 450+ job boards and HR-related sites and start-ups over the past 20 years. He has published research, e-books, and blog posts on almost every aspect of the industry. He has also spoken extensively at numerous industry events, including TATech, Staffing Industry Analysts, and Jobg8 Global Job Board Summit.
Oli is a RecTech researcher and entrepreneur. He founded GradCircle while still a student at Oxford University. The goal was to innovate the technology leveraged by universities to secure employment for their student body. After building multiple products disrupting the jobs board concept, he now specialises in helping universities, recruitment platforms and agencies to adopt AI driven technology.
After securing strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as the DeepTech firm Untapt - Oli has now positioned GradCircle with a B2B SaaS strategy.

I led products both in local startup-like teams and wide corporate environment, across industries, through retail, content websites or community platforms. I strive to focus on simplicity, efficiency, solving user's problem instead of generating thousands of ideas.

David has 20 years of experience in the online recruitment market, he has launched job sites and worked for HR agencies. He is now Managing Director of HelloWork, where he focuses on diversification, external growth and internationalisation. HelloWork is the major player on the French recruitment market with over 320 employees and 5 million people using its services every month.
Stephen O’Donnell has been in the recruitment sector since 1987, initially owning and running recruitment firms, and working specifically in the online field since 2000, when he founded the National Online Recruitment Awards. Now also heading VideoMyJob for EMEA, Stephen has always been an advocate for better candidate experience, and greater transparency in the hiring process.
Lina Dencik is Associate Professor (Reader) at the School of Journalism, Media and Culture at Cardiff University, UK and is Co-Founder of the Data Justice Lab. She has published widely on digital media and the politics of data and is currently Principal Investigator of the DATAJUSTICE project funded by an ERC Starting Grant. Her publications include Media and Global Civil Society (Palgrave, 2012), Worker Resistance and Media (Peter Lang, 2015), and Digital Citizenship in a Datafied Society (Polity, 2018).
For the past 16 years Anna has been working in various roles combining her knowhow in HR as well as her passion for digital and fast growing companies. She understands the challenges which corporate HR departments are facing.
Anna also understands the difficulties of building up innovative yet pragmatic HR activities from scratch in early stage startups. Having been a Managing Director in a young HR company she has great knowledge of the difficulties founders face in building disruptive HR services and selling them to prospective clients.

Dennis is reponsible for the most popular local Dutch job boards (NationaleVacaturebank and Intermediair), part of the leading media company in the Netherlands, de Persgroep.
Before that, Dennis spent 10 years in several ecommerce management roles (e.g. CEO of an online travel agency, commercial director for eBay Classifieds in NL, setting up PayPal in the Benelux). He started his career in strategy consulting and banking. He also served on the Board of the Dutch ecommerce branche organization and the European Retail Payments Board at the ECB.
Kayleigh is a B2B Marketeer at DPG Recruitment. She is responsible for all lead generation, activation and propositions within the B2B brands.
She is currently working on several iterations to move to a pay for performance model as a replacement of the current fixed price model.
