Louise is CEO of Jobg8 worldwide, which provides services to the Job Board industry. She has set up and led some of the most innovative job boards in the UK, USA and Australian markets since 1999. This experience put her in a great position to launch Jobg8 back in 2008. Jobg8 now manage over 10 million job postings each month to ensure that the right candidates are connected to the right jobs. All the while keeping the transactions and revenue within the Job Board community.
Tarquin Clark is the Director of Partnerships & GTM at Google Cloud. Using Google's pre-trained machine learning models, the team works closely with the talent industry to improve the match rate in connecting job seekers with jobs. Customers include recruitment ISVs such as Jibe, TMP and RolePoint in addition to job boards such as CareerBuilder, staffing agencies such as Hays and Adecco, applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and hiring companies such as FedEx, Johnson & Johnson, HealthSouth and Google.
For the past 16 years Anna has been working in various roles combining her knowhow in HR as well as her passion for digital and fast growing companies. She understands the challenges which corporate HR departments are facing.
Anna also understands the difficulties of building up innovative yet pragmatic HR activities from scratch in early stage startups. Having been a Managing Director in a young HR company she has great knowledge of the difficulties founders face in building disruptive HR services and selling them to prospective clients.
Anna now focuses on enabling HR professionals to be part of the evolution of talent management. Her clients vary from digital startups to corporate HR professionals and anything in-between.

Ian has been involved in the online job space since 1999 when he co-founded JustEngineers, which became the UK's leading Engineering Job Board before leaving to set up Simply Jobs Boards in 2003. In the following 15 years Simply has grown into the UK's leading niche jobs provider covering industries such as Automotive, Aviation, Law, Sales and Marketing amongst the 12 niche brands they operate. Success in the UK has led to operations being expanded into the Middle East and USA.
Global Director, Financial Times Career Management has spent 12 years in the job board industry, starting at The Telegraph Media Group in 2004 and latterly at The Financial Times since 2008. In 2006 he successfully re-launched Telegraph Jobs which led to a period of exceptional growth. Two years later he joined the FT to become Managing Director of exec-appointments.com, a recent FT acquisition and the leading senior executive job board in the UK. He has since built Financial Times Career Management, a business unit that encompasses Recruitment, Business Education and the FT Non-Executive Directors Club and Diploma.
Sophie was described as a reformed engineer when she had her first taste of HR with IBM Australia. She went on to pursuing a career in fixing problems in people, not machines. For 5 years, she had led recruitment projects with Ford, General Motors, IBM before moving to Revolut and led them through hypergrowth bringing their final headcount to 300 in under 8 months. Now, she joins 11FS (a Challenger Consultancy) to define their ultimate working culture via a series of employer branding efforts. Her focus is aimed at cultural paradigms during hyper growth stages in a start-up and championing diversity and equality in a future focused way.
Jubin Honarfar is Viennese with Iranian roots and currently heads an internet company with over 35 people from all over the world. While Jubin studied medicine and business administration, he had many jobs on the side, including organizing daycare programs for the UN and refugee programs through the U.S. State Department. He has also lead event management and marketing campaigns for various companies. As a college dropout, he was often branded as a failure or system error. Jubin decided to create a platform that empowers young people to find their calling: whatchado – an online career orientation platform - was born.

Todor leads the user acquisition and user engagement at JOB TODAY, a leading mobile hiring platform in Spain and the UK. With 10 years of experience in digital marketing and an MSc degree from Cass Business School on London, Todor previously worked with both technology startups and established brands in retail, travel and SaaS. Immediately before joining JOB TODAY, Todor worked at WPP to build and manage a new performance marketing team of 10 people for Ford of Europe and their 1000s strong retail dealership network. He was responsible for 8 figure acquisition budgets across Search & Social leading to increasing Ford's dealership footfall by 30% while decreasing cost.

Tom is an experienced communications, brand PR and marketing professional who has worked extensively within the media arena both in the UK and internationally. As Employer Brand Manager for Nationwide, he is responsible for helping the largest building society in the world find and attract the best people.

Mark Rhodes has worked in digital recruitment for 18 years. As marketing director for reed.co.uk, he oversees brand strategy and multi-platform promotion to consumers and businesses. Before joining reed.co.uk, Mark worked in product, marketing and sales roles, joining Totaljobs at its launch in 2000, before moving to government-backed start-up, do-it.org.
Jane has worked in diversity since 1990. She founded Evenbreak in 2011, an award-winning social enterprise run by and for disabled people. This helps employers attract talented disabled people through a specialist online job board. Evenbreak is entirely staffed by disabled people.
Jane is widely published in this field, including the book “A Dozen Brilliant Reasons to Employ Disabled People”. She is a Trustee of two disability charities, Patron of the Inclusive Skills Competitions and on the executive board of the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative. She was also a recruitment expert in BBC2’s “Employable Me”.
Andrew is the Co-founder of Adzuna - a search engine for jobs present in 16 countries and used by 10's of millions of jobseekers per month. Adzuna's supplies leading indicator job market data directly to Number 10 Downing Street, The Department for Work and Pensions and the Office for National Statistics. Before Adzuna, Andrew was the VP of Marketing & General Manager of local review site Qype (acquired by Yelp) and the Marketing Director at Gumtree.com.
As Digital Strategist at Global, Faye is responsible for identifying the role for connected audio in advertising plans.
