This experience put her in a great position to launch Jobg8 back in 2008. Jobg8 now manage over 10 million job postings each month to ensure that the right candidates are connected to the right jobs. All the while keeping the transactions and revenue within the Job Board community.
Devyani Vaishampayan is the Managing Partner of the HR TECH Partnership, a People Tech Investment venture whose investors are all senior Non- Executive / Corporate Directors. Set up in London in 2016 the focus of the People TECH Fund is investment in Employee/Talent Digital Technology start-ups. The HR TECH Partnership also runs Human Capital Digital Innovation Hubs which help corporates/HR teams learn and experiment around the ‘Future of Work’.

He provides consulting services for job boards and recruitment marketing companies. Jeff was the original marketing director for Dice.com, growing it from $7 million to $65+ million in three years. He has worked with 450+ job boards and HR-related sites and start-ups over the past 20 years. He has published research, e-books, and blog posts on almost every aspect of the industry. He has also spoken extensively at numerous industry events, including TATech, Staffing Industry Analysts, and Jobg8 Global Job Board Summit.
Oli is a RecTech researcher and entrepreneur. He founded GradCircle while still a student at Oxford University. The goal was to innovate the technology leveraged by universities to secure employment for their student body. After building multiple products disrupting the jobs board concept, he now specialises in helping universities, recruitment platforms and agencies to adopt AI driven technology.
After securing strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as the DeepTech firm Untapt - Oli has now positioned GradCircle with a B2B SaaS strategy.

David has 20 years of experience in the online recruitment market, he has launched job sites and worked for HR agencies. He is now Managing Director of HelloWork, where he focuses on diversification, external growth and internationalisation. Stephen O’Donnell has been in the recruitment sector since 1987, initially owning and running recruitment firms, and working specifically in the online field since 2000, when he founded the National Online Recruitment Awards. Now also heading VideoMyJob for EMEA, Stephen has always been an advocate for better candidate experience, and greater transparency in the hiring process.
Lina Dencik is Associate Professor (Reader) at the School of Journalism, Media and Culture at Cardiff University, UK and is Co-Founder of the Data Justice Lab. She has published widely on digital media and the politics of data and is currently Principal Investigator of the DATAJUSTICE project funded by an ERC Starting Grant. Her publications include Media and Global Civil Society (Palgrave, 2012), Worker Resistance and Media (Peter Lang, 2015), and Digital Citizenship in a Datafied Society (Polity, 2018).
