Chad Sowash has made a career in media, technology, and recruiting for over 20 years. Chad started his career in recruitment technology with OCC and Monster. He served as VP at DirectEmployers launching one of the first job search engines, led the development of the National Labor Exchange – JobCentral and – and spearheaded the creation of SEO/Marketing platforms. Chad provided technical leadership as Chief Experience Officer at RecruitMilitary, built Randstad’s Veteran Hiring program as Director of Veteran Recruiting and is now the Founder and Principal Partner at Catch 22 Consulting where he works closely with Talent Acquisition and technology vendors. Darren Sherrard In May, 2008 Darren was appointed as the Associate Director of Healthcare Recruitment and Marketing Office (HRM) at Veteran Health Administration (VHA) Workforce Management and Consulting office (WMC). As Associate Director, Darren oversees VHA’s national recruitment marketing campaigns inclusive of television commercials, print and online media as well as recruitment marketing sites.
